| Congratulations to our U15 Sydney Metro team Sutho Blue and our Senior Mens Premier League team on their preliminary final wins on the weekend taking them through to this weekend’s Grand Finals.
Both games were action packed games that came down the wire and the two teams showed the true Sutho fighting spirit. Well done. U15 Sutho Blue had a 3-2 win on Friday night over Northern Districts to progress through to the U15 Sydney Metro Grand Final. They join our U17 Metro Team who won through to the Grand Final two weeks ago with a 2-1 win over Ryde which was another close game. The highlight of the weekend though belonged to our Senior Men’s Premier League team who stormed into the 2017 Sydney Hockey Premier League Grand Final with a 5-4 win against Ryde in extra time in a game that could possibly go down in Sutho forklore as a game to be talked about for years to come. Also great games for our junior families to get out to and watch. Make sure you wear lots of blue and bring your best cheering voice to support all three teams.
