Let’s prepare for a great season ahead. Whether you can spare 1 hour or 3 – YOUR HELP IS NEEDED

There are a variety of jobs available from cleaning the clubhouse to gardening and maintenance.

What to bring – gloves, garden tools, cleaning equipment. This year our major outdoor project is to fix the erosion around the entrance gate and path – so if you have them we need wheelbarrows and shovels. A chainsaw and a couple of gurneys would also be helpful.

2012 Junior Boys Grading

Grading for Junior Boys will take place on the following days:

U13 – Monday 20th and 27th February 5-7pm

U17 – Tuesday 21st and 28th February 5-7pm

U15 – Wednesday 22nd and 29th February 5-7pm

U11 – Thursday 23rd Feb and 1st March 5-7pm

Open Fitness Pre-Season Training Session with Sutho Men’s 1st Grade Squad

We extend an invite out to our junior hockey players to join Sutho’s Premiership Winning Men’s 1st Grade team in an open fitness pre-season training session on Thursday 19th January at the hockey ground from 7pm to 8pm.

The session is open for all junior players to attend and complete fitness training with our 1st Grade squad which includes NSW AHL representative players Matt Phillips and Dave Collins as special guest NSW Women’s AHL player Yasmine Phillips. The training session will be overseen by our first Grade men’s coach Peter Tait.

Juniors can experience first hand a 1st Grade pre season training session and participate in general fitness training activities and stick and ball activities alongside our 1st grade squad. Emphasis will be on juniors having fun and enjoying themselves. Juniors are free to watch or join us, it is up to them.

Juniors will need to bring their hockey stick, shin pads, mouth guard and a water bottle along.
